The enquiry planner

The planner on the contact page works in your browser. Creating, copying or downloading a brief does not submit it. The planner does not save your brief in a database or browser storage. Avoid entering personal health information, passwords, identity documents or confidential records.

“Copy brief” puts the text on your device’s clipboard if your browser permits it. “Download .txt” creates a file on your device. You decide whether and how to share that copy. Your browser may retain page or form state according to its own settings.

Sending an enquiry

If you choose “Send enquiry”, this website sends your brief, name, email address and any optional phone or organisation details to the team by email using Microsoft 365. These details are used to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive or confidential records. The website does not keep a separate submissions database; enquiries remain in the receiving mailbox under the organisation’s email practices.

A secure session cookie protects the form against unauthorised submissions. The server temporarily retains a hashed network address and submission times for spam prevention, with expired entries removed during subsequent use. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs needed to operate their services. For questions about your submitted information or to request its removal, contact the laboratory using the phone number below.

Website services and external links

This site does not add advertising trackers or an analytics service. The hosting platform may process technical request information needed to serve and secure the website. The planner’s behaviour described above does not describe every process of the hosting platform, your browser or external services.

Telephone links open your device’s calling application. The WhatsApp button opens a chat with the laboratory’s listed mobile number in WhatsApp; it does not send a message automatically. The area-map link opens Google Maps, and the group link opens the Mawarid Holding website. Those services have their own privacy practices. No call, booking, sample order or email is made automatically by the planner.

The site provides a general overview of Mawarid Labs. Confirm availability, test suitability, sample requirements, pricing, reporting times and any accreditation or regulatory scope directly with the laboratory before commissioning work. General planning guides do not replace test-specific instructions or veterinary advice.
